Application Examples

From the management department, you can consistently handle file distribution and collection for subsidiaries and all employees. By linking the file submission status with user registration information (such as department affiliation), you can centrally manage the submission process.

Create document templates and standard formats. Publish files prepared within the management department for use by all users. By inserting placeholder tags in the sections where you want dynamic content, only those parts will be replaced with text when creating the actual documents.

Application Examples

Prepare standard formats within the management department. Once the template is approved by both the creator and the supervisor, it will be published. Users can then utilize the published template to edit details such as the client company name and document content, and download the completed file.

Create custom forms by combining approximately 15 types of components, such as text input fields and dropdown options, along with approval settings. Published forms are available for general use. The 'Assign' feature allows the management department to notify users and send reminders (follow-up emails), facilitating two-way communication rather than just one-way requests. While standard functions enable basic web form creation, additional customization and interactivity are possible through web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for enhanced form design and functionality.

A user group is a virtual account that includes multiple user accounts. By setting this group as approvers or administrators, multiple people can manage and operate the system. For example, creating a single group within the same department or location allows for multiple members to be registered. This minimizes data transfer tasks when personnel changes occur within the fiscal year.

Report

Display the progress of web forms, with the ability to view data based on form names, required fields, specific periods, and other criteria. You can retrieve various types of data according to these filters. Additionally, reports can be customized to show data by subsidiary industry or region. You can also download raw data for further aggregation and analysis.

Customize system emails (such as submission completions or approval requests) for each menu or use them as bulk communication emails to internal members. Create email templates and configure distribution settings according to your needs. You can also use custom hashtags (e.g., #) to dynamically retrieve and display information such as application IDs within the emails.

This feature allows customers to create custom page content freely. You can build your preferred pages using a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs. During initial setup, we can provide a base layout according to your requirements, which you can then edit and manage yourself.
